Donna Hope

Donna Hope is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Private Equity Finance Practice.

Donna advises corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies in a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, leveraged financings, and acquisition financings.

Prior to joining Latham, she worked as an associate in the finance group of another leading international law firm.
