Don Izekor represents clients in a wide range of complex transactions and corporate matters.

Mr. Izekor advises public and private companies, venture funds, and private equity investors on:

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Izekor was a 1L and 2L Diversity Scholar and summer associate in Latham’s Houston and Austin offices. Mr. Izekor was also a 1L summer associate at Facebook, Inc. Before law school, Mr. Izekor received the Latham & Watkins 2020 Law Preview Scholarship.

In law school, Mr. Izekor worked as a student attorney in the Cornell 1L Immigration & Advocacy Clinic, the Afghanistan Assistance Clinic, the Advanced Asylum Clinic, the Asylum and Convention Against Torture Clinic, and the Capital Markets Deals Seminar. He was also President and Founder of Corporate Connect, a professional student organization at Cornell Law School for students interested in corporate practice.
