Latham Advises on Northern Oil and Gas’s US$500 Million Private Senior Notes Offering

Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. (NYSE: NOG) has announced that it has priced a private offering to eligible purchasers of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 7.5% senior notes due 2034 at par.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised the initial purchasers on the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Austin/Houston partner David Miller and Austin partner Sam Rettew, with associates Connor Adams, Don Izekor, and Natalie Merten. Advise on tax matters was also provided by New York partner Bora Bozkurt, with associate Shiyi Parsons; and on environmental matters by Los Angeles/Houston partner Joshua Marnitz, with associate Bruce Johnson.
