    Dominique Brieger is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Latham & Watkins.

    Dominique advises corporations and financial investors on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate law.

    Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Dominique served as a research assistant and legal clerk in the Frankfurt and Los Angeles offices of Latham & Watkins, where he was a member of the Corporate Department. He completed his legal training in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
