Zhouyuan (Diana) Duan is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Duan is a member of the Finance Department and the Banking Practice.

Ms. Duan represents lead arrangers, direct lenders, and other financial institutions in a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Duan worked at the New York office of two other major global law firms where she represented lead arrangers, direct lenders, and borrowers in acquisition financings, fund financings, and corporate lending and represented issuers and underwriters in covered bond transactions, public offerings, and private placements of both equity and debt securities. In addition, Ms. Duan also spent a year in Shanghai where she worked at a media company.

While in law school, Ms. Duan was executive editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law.
