Banking and Capital Markets team represents the arrangers and initial purchasers in the various financings.
Latham & Watkins represented the arrangers in connection with Osaic’s US$3 billion term loan repricing. Partner Jesse Sheff and counsel Preeta Paragash led the Latham Banking & Private Credit team, with associate Diana Duan. Partner Andrew Baker and counsel Gemma Mootoo Rajah led the Capital Markets team that advised on Osaic’s recent US$825 million notes offerings, with associates Ian Lachow, Ari Anderson, and Molly Mitchell. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Bora Bozkurt, with associate Michael Yu.
