  • Mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures

Prior to joining Latham, Diana worked as an associate at a leading Philippine law firm for several years.

  • Philippine Airlines on its inaugural US$300 million 7.75% five-year senior bond offering
  • MakeMyTrip on its US$3.1 billion convertible notes and primary share offerings, marking APAC’s largest concurrent equity-linked bond and equity follow-on deal since 2022. This transaction was awarded Capital Markets Deal of the Year by India Business Law Journal’s Deals of the Year Awards 2025, and Best Bond Deal: India at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2025
  • Maynilad Water Services on its PHP 30 billion IPO listed on PSE. This transaction was awarded Water Deal of the Year (Philippines) at The Asset Triple A Sustainable Infrastructure Finance Awards 2026, Asia-Pacific Water Deal of the Year IJGlobal Awards 2025, Best IPO (Philippines) at The Asset Triple A Awards for Sustainable Finance 2026, and ESG Deal of the Year at the IFR Asia Awards 2025     
  • The joint lead managers on Petron Corporation’s issuance of an aggregate of US$475 million senior perpetual capital securities. This transaction was awarded Best Liability Management (Philippines) at The Asset Triple A Awards for Sustainable Finance 2026, and Philippines Capital Markets Deal of the Year at the IFR Asia Awards 2025    
  • Philippine National Bank on its drawdown of US$300 million 4.85% senior notes due 2029 issued pursuant to its US$2 billion medium-term note program. This transaction was awarded Best Sustainability Bond – Financial Institution (Philippines) at The Asset Triple A Awards for Sustainable Finance 2025
  • SM Investments Corporation and SM Prime Holdings, Inc. on the establishment of their maiden US$3 billion guaranteed euro medium-term note and securities program and the subsequent drawdown of US$500 million 5.375% guaranteed senior unsecured notes due 2029.
