Diana Dizon is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Ms. Dizon advises on a broad range of cross-border corporate finance and securities transactions, including:

  • Investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings
  • Liability management transactions, including tender offers and consent solicitations
  • Mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Dizon worked as an associate in a leading Philippine law firm for several years.
