Dennis Amiri is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Frankfurt office. He advises companies and financial investors primarily on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate law.

Prior to joining Latham as an associate, he worked in the corporate department of another major US law firm.

Dennis studied law and completed his legal clerkship in Munich.

Dennis’ experience includes advising:

  • Bosch on the sale of the product business for security and communication technology in its building technologies division to Triton
  • Shareholders of Fischbach on the sale of a majority stake to Onex Partners
  • Main Capital Partners on the sale of software company Perbility to Rivean Capital
  • Cathay Capital and Equistone on the sale of E. WINKEMANN to Associated Spring
  • ECM on the merger of SIS and ENDEGS to Form ETS Group*
  • Funds managed by ECM and the management on the sale of their stakes in software company PikeTec to Synopsys*
  • Funds advised by LEA Partners and TA Associates on the combination of Chaos Group and Cylindo ApS*
  • Shareholders of LucaNet AG on its strategic partnership with Hg*
  • LEA Partners in connection with certain add-on acquisitions for the expansion of OneQrew*
