Daniel Zerbib advises lenders, sponsors, and corporate clients on complex banking and finance matters, with a focus on infrastructure transactions.

Daniel draws on extensive cross-border experience to represent clients on major financing, refinancing, and project transactions across energy, infrastructure, and telecom sectors. He regularly handles matters involving:

Daniel brings comprehensive knowledge of hybrid transactions at the intersection of acquisition finance and project finance to help clients execute integrated, cross-border financing solutions. He has experience financing transactions involving data centers, fiber optic infrastructure, renewable energy platforms, and other major infrastructure assets.

Before joining Latham, Daniel served as partner at another global law firm and was leading the project finance team in Paris.
