Daniel represents publicly traded and privately held companies in navigating transactions, with a focus on intellectual property, technology, and artificial intelligence. He maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting small businesses with IP-related issues.
During law school, Daniel collaborated with Harvard’s Child Advocacy Clinic and organizations like GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders on youth privacy initiatives. He received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Virginia, graduating with highest distinction.
Prior to his legal career, Daniel worked as a software engineer at Amazon.
