Cristina Lombardi is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Cristina represents public and private companies and strategic investors on a wide range of transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and minority investments, and general corporate matters, across a variety of industries.

Cristina maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing victims of domestic violence.

Prior to joining Latham, Cristina was an associate at another international law firm.
