Connie Taylor-Cox is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Ms. Taylor-Cox advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters.

Prior to qualification, Ms. Taylor-Cox trained in the firm’s London and Hong Kong offices, gaining experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, real estate finance, and project finance matters.

Ms. Taylor-Cox's experience includes advising:

  • Moonbug Entertainment on its acquisition of Cocomelon, the world’s most-viewed YouTube channel, as well as its US$125 million Series B financing led by Goldman Sachs Growth Equity and Fertitta Capital
  • Francisco Partners and BluJay Solutions on its sale of BluJay to E2open Parent Holdings, Inc. for a mix of cash and shares at an enterprise value of US$1.7 billion 
  • Farfetch on its global strategic partnership and joint venture with Alibaba Group and Richemont
  • A private equity consortium led by Astorg and Epiris on the £1.6 billion UK Takeover Code offer for Euromoney Institutional Investor Plc, a leading financial news and information business
  • TechnipFMC plc on the spin-off of its onshore/offshore business to create a standalone publicly traded company, Technip Energies, listed on Euronext Paris, with a separate OTC listing of its ADRs
