Clémence Coppin is an associate in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Clémence advises and represents multinational corporations before the French Competition Authority and the European Commission (EC) in connection with merger control proceedings, state aid matters, antitrust investigations, abuse of dominance cases, and cartel proceedings. She coordinates multi-jurisdictional merger control filings for cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Latham, Clémence practiced as an associate at a major international law firm for four years, in Brussels and Paris. She previously served as a legal consultant at another leading international law firm in Brussels.
