Claire Oualid advises clients in transactional matters, particularly in infrastructure, energy, and complex projects, with a focus on contractual, regulatory, and State aid aspects.

Claire regularly advises public authorities, major private sponsors (including energy companies, industrial groups, and investment funds), as well as their lenders, on sophisticated contractual structures and complex regulatory issues relating to major infrastructure projects in France and internationally, such as nuclear power plants, offshore wind farms, and electricity and hydrogen transmission networks. She is also active in the defense and transport sectors.

Claire is also experienced in public procurement law, public property law, state‑owned entities law, and State aid matters.
