    Christian Strauß is an associate in the Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice in the Munich office of Latham & Watkins. 

    Mr. Strauß primarily handles individual and collective employment relations. He advises German and international clients on employment law matters in the context of restructurings and downsizings, as well as M&A and private equity transactions.

    Mr. Strauß studied law in Augsburg and Malibu. Before and during his legal clerkship, he worked in another renowned international commercial law firm with stations in Munich and Los Angeles.
