Catherine Fellows is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Ms. Fellows advises clients on a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters across a range of sectors.

Prior to qualification, Ms. Fellows trained in the firm’s London and Paris offices, gaining experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and finance. Ms. Fellows also spent time on secondment to private equity firm CVC Capital Partners where she assisted on a range of international corporate transactions.

Ms. Fellows’ experience includes advising:

  • CVC Capital Partners and the acquisition vehicle formed by it and Haveli Investments on the acquisition of Jagex, a leading developer and publisher of video games, from Carlyle
  • L Catterton Europe, a leading global consumer-focused private equity firm, on its acquisition of a significant minority shareholding in Little Moons, a premium dessert brand in the UK
  • Bridgepoint Europe on its investment in PEI Group, a leading international provider of information, insights, and events for the global alternative private assets market
  • A private equity consortium led by Astorg and Epiris on the £1.6 billion UK Takeover Code offer for Euromoney Institutional Investor Plc, a leading financial news and information business
