Latham Advises Epiris in Sale of Minority Interest in Pure Cremation

London team represents the private equity firm in the transaction.

Latham & Watkins has advised private equity firm Epiris and the senior management team in the sale of a structured minority interest in Pure Cremation, a leading funeral services provider in the UK, to Centerbridge Partners, who will be investing both in Pure’s debt and equity instruments.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and expected to close in the first half of 2026.
