Cassandra Schupeck is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Frankfurt office.
Cassandra advises companies and financial investors primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, as well as general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining Latham as an associate, she worked as a law clerk and research assistant (Referendar) in the Corporate Department in Latham’s Frankfurt, Munich, and New York offices.
