Cameron Koob is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Cameron represents public and private companies on a variety of general corporate matters including financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions.

He maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently representing individuals seeking asylum, as well as small businesses in partnership with Start Small, Think Big! Inc.

Cameron received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as Managing Editor of the Georgetown Law Technology Review. During law school, he competed on the Georgetown Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and was a clinical student within the Health Justice Alliance medical-legal partnership. Cameron also served on the executive board of the Georgetown Law Student Bar Association.

Prior to attending law school, Cameron worked in public policy at the National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (now FASD United) and in research at other nonprofit organizations.
