Brice Stewart is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Brice was an associate at an international law firm where he advised Fortune 500 companies, private equity sponsors and other clients on a wide range of corporate matters, with a focus on debt and equity offerings.

While in law school, Brice completed legal internships with the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. House Judiciary Committee and Utah Office of the Attorney General. He also served as Editor on the Harvard Environmental Law Review.

Brice’s experience includes advising: 

  • The initial purchasers in connection with the private offering by Coinbase Global, Inc. of $3 billion of convertible senior notes
  • The initial purchasers in connection with the private offering by Lithia Motors, Inc. of US$600 million of senior notes
  • The dealer manager in connection with the tender offer by Keros Therapeutics, Inc. to repurchase approximately US$195 million of its common stock
  • Medline Inc. in connection with its US$7 billion initial public offering* 
  • The underwriters in connection with registered public offerings by Apollo Global Management, Inc. totaling $1.4 billion of mandatory convertible preferred stock, $1.1 billion of subordinated notes and $500 million of senior notes*
  • Bumble Inc. in connection with a secondary offering of common stock by certain selling stockholders, which raised approximately $300 million in gross proceeds*
  • Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. in connection with its follow-on public offering of up to $60 billion in shares of common stock*
  • The underwriters in connection with registered public offerings by Chubb INA Holdings Inc. totaling $2.3 billion of senior notes*
  • Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. in connection with private offerings totaling $2 billion of senior notes*
  • Blackstone Inc. in connection with public and private offerings by indirect finance subsidiaries of Blackstone Inc. totaling $2.3 billion of senior notes*
  • The underwriters in connection with the registered public offering by Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. of $1.2 billion of senior notes*
  • The underwriters in connection with the registered public offering by HP Inc. of $1 billion of senior notes*
