Latham & Watkins Advises on NuScale’s US$1 Billion At-The-Market Equity Offering Program

NuScale Power Corporation (NYSE: SMR), a designer and marketer of small modular nuclear reactors, has announced a US$1 billion at-the-market equity offering program pursuant to the entry into a sales agreement with UBS Investment Bank, B. Riley Securities, Inc., Canaccord Genuity, and Tuohy Brothers.
