Latham Advises on Citadel Securities Global Holdings LLC’s Senior Secured Notes Offerings Totaling US$1.5 Billion

Citadel Securities Global Holdings LLC has priced its US$750 million 5.125% senior secured notes due 2032 and US$750 million 5.750% senior secured notes due 2036. The offering is expected to close on March 27, 2026.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the initial purchasers in the offerings with a corporate team led by partners Andrew Baker and Brittany Ruiz, with associates Paul Lau, Alex Gulino, Brice Stewart, and Alondra Tlatelpa.
