Brad Guest represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as private and public companies, in mergers, acquisitions, and other complex domestic and cross-border business transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, carve-outs, add-on transactions, divestitures, restructurings and controlling and minority investments, as well as general corporate and governance matters.

Brad has extensive experience guiding clients through their most significant transactions throughout all stages of the investment cycle and across an array of industries, including financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, sports, and technology, with particular experience in the aerospace, defense, and government contracts fields.

As part of his pro bono practice, Brad serves as the Washington, D.C. office’s liaison to the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center, which advises small businesses in the Washington, D.C. area on their legal needs, and he works with Legal Counsel for the Elderly to establish estate plans and documentation for low-income seniors.
