Anna Dykema is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Anna advises energy companies, financial institutions, private equity firms, and project developers on the environmental regulatory aspects of complex corporate transactions.

Her experience includes transactional diligence, contract negotiation, compliance counseling, and permitting.

Before joining Latham, Anna worked in the government contracts practice of a top US law firm. There, she advised some of the United States’ largest contractors on a range of contracting issues.

Anna maintains an active pro bono practice that has included representing minors in asylum matters.

  • The underwriters in the IPO of Waystar, an EQT portfolio company
  • Loc Performance Products in its sale to Rheinmetall
  • Ørsted in its:
    • Regulatory, structuring, and project development aspects of the Sunrise Wind Project joint venture
    • Strategic matters with respect to its offshore wind developments in the US
  • West Star Aviation in its combination with Jet East
  • GT Medical Technologies on its acquisition of the IsoRay business from Perspective Therapeutics
  • Titan Acquisition Holdings, Carlyle Group, and Stellex Capital Management in the completed sale of Titan to an affiliate of Lone Star Funds
  • Apollo in its strategic partnership and financing of GI Alliance’ s physician-led buyout
  • Acentra Health in its acquisition by CNSI of Kepro
  • Venture Global LNG in connection with the arranging of a portion of the equity for the Plaquemines LNG Project
