Latham Advises TPG on Acquisition of Majority Stake in Sabre Industries From Blackstone Energy Transition Partners

TPG, a leading global alternative asset management firm, has announced that it has signed definitive agreements to acquire a majority stake in Sabre Industries, Inc. (Sabre or the Company). TPG will make the investment through TPG Rise Climate, the firm’s dedicated climate investing platform. Funds managed by Blackstone Energy Transition Partners (Blackstone), which first invested in Sabre in 2021, will retain a significant minority stake and continue Blackstone’s partnership with the Company.
