Andrew Miller is an associate in the Banking & Private Credit Practice in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Andrew represents banks, financial institutions, private debt funds, corporate borrowers, and private equity firms in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, acquisition financings, and cross-border financings.

Andrew joined the firm in 2021 after completing a two-year clerkship at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Prior to joining Latham, Andrew earned his JD at the University of Illinois College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude. While attending law school, Andrew served as an articles editor on the University of Illinois Law Review.
