Mammoth Brands — the modern CPG company behind Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando — has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Coterie, the rapidly growing premium baby care and diapering brand on a mission to make parents’ lives easier. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
