• Intuitive Surgical in the acquisition of the distribution business of the Da Vinci Robotic Systems in Italy, Spain, and Portugal
• Repsol, a Spanish energy company, in:
  • The acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Asterion Energies and its subsidiaries located in Spain, France, and Italy
  • The sale of a 49% stake in its Delta wind farm portfolio to Pontegadea
  • The acquisition of 15 SPVs owned by the Forestalia Group, each owning a wind farm project with an aggregate capacity of 805 MW, intended for hybridization with the Escatrón combined cycle thermoelectric power plant located in Zaragoza
• Stericycle, Inc. in the sale of the 100% of the shares of the Spanish company SRCL Consenur, S.L.U and its subsidiaries located in Spain and Portugal to companies of URBASER Group
• Hyatt Hotels Corporation on the acquisition of 50% of Bahía Principe Hotels & Resorts from Grupo Piñero
• Design Holding Group, a Carlyle and Investindustrial’s portfolio company, on a €425 million senior secured notes offering
• Aedas Homes on the acquisition of Promociones y Propiedades Inmobiliarias Espacio (PRIESA) from Grupo Villar Mir
