Amelie Mundinger is an associate in the Munich office of Latham & Watkins. She practices in the Litigation & Trial Department and is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration practices.
Amelie advises and represents clients in litigation proceedings before German courts as well as in national and international arbitration. In addition, she advises clients on disputes involving white-collar crime.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, she worked for the Higher Regional Court of Munich, other international law firms and an American law firm in New York City as a trainee.
