Alyssa Dantoin is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.
Alyssa represents public and private companies in a broad range of transactional matters and maintains an active pro bono practice.
She joined Latham after graduating cum laude from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. Prior to starting with the firm, Alyssa served as a Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow at the Washington University Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where she advised clients on federal tax matters.
During law school, she held the position of Co-President of the Law & Business Society and served as Chief Notes Editor of the Washington University Law Review. Alyssa also participated in the Entrepreneurship Clinic, assisting local entrepreneurs and startups with various transactional matters. Additionally, she worked part-time at a large, publicly traded reinsurance company, where she supported in-house legal teams with corporate and employment matters.
Before attending law school, Alyssa worked in financial development and operations for a non-profit organization, concentrating on state and federally licensed programs, grant management, and corporate and individual charitable giving.
