Allan Herlen is an associate in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Allan represents international companies before the European Commission and the French Competition Authority in merger control proceedings, and coordinates multijurisdictional regulatory filing processes for global transactions, including foreign direct investment and the EU regulation on foreign subsidies.

He also advises clients in abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, state aid, as well as civil antitrust damages litigation.
