Alexandre Namoun advises investment funds on their buyout and infrastructure strategies in connection with both French and cross-border transactions, notably in the energy and infrastructure industry.

Alexandre draws on extensive transactional experience to guide clients through a range of high-stakes strategic transactions, including:

  • Take-private and public-to-private transactions
  • Stake divestitures and carve-outs
  • SPAC business combinations

Alexandre regularly advises on major cross-border transactions involving sophisticated deal structures and multiple stakeholders. He brings a commercial approach to both buy-side and sell-side mandates.

Before joining Latham, Alexandre served as counsel in another global law firm.
