Alex Watt is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department, specialising in private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

Alex advises private equity funds and other financial sponsors on a wide range of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, carve-outs, co-investments, and consortium deals. He also advises private equity portfolio companies on general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Alex worked in the private equity department of a leading UK law firm.
