Sara Johnson is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Johnson represents public and private companies and financial institutions in a variety of domestic and cross-border equity and debt capital markets transactions across an array of industries.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Johnson worked in the New York office of an Am Law 100 firm where she represented public and private companies, initial purchasers, underwriters, agents, lenders, and financial institutions in capital markets and lending transactions. During this time, Ms. Johnson also spent six months on secondment at a leading global investment bank.

Ms. Johnson graduated from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as notes and articles editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
