Latham & Watkins won Best International Law Firm for the fifth year in a row among 14 other categories. China Business Law Journal selects winners for its annual awards program based on nominations and surveys from corporate executives, in-house counsel, and legal professionals.

The publication commended Latham as a Best International Law Firm for our market-leading work in the region, highlighting our role in several major deals last year. 

In addition to the Legaltech Pioneers and Pro Bono categories, China Business Law Journal awarded Latham in several key practice and industry categories, including Capital Markets (Hong Kong & Overseas), Corporate Compliance, Data Protection & Privacy, M&A (Inbound and Domestic), M&A (Outbound), PE & VC, Restructuring & Insolvency, Structured Finance & Securitization, Fintech & Blockchain, and Internet & E-commerce.
