Latham & Watkins Advises Guggenheim Investments on Final Close of PDF IV at US$8.4 Billion of Total Available Capital
Guggenheim Investments announced the final close of Guggenheim Private Debt Fund IV (PDF IV), its most recent dedicated private debt vehicle. The fund and related vehicles raised approximately US$8.4 billion of total available capital, exceeding the initial fundraise target, with demand exceeding the fund’s hard cap.*
