Latham Named Finalist in Financial Times Innovative Lawyer Asia-Pacific 2026 Awards

The Financial Times named Latham & Watkins as a finalist for the Innovative Lawyers in Unlocking Capital category at the publication’s Innovative Lawyers Asia-Pacific 2026 Awards.

Latham was shortlisted in the category for advising UBS and HSBC as joint lead managers on MINISO Group’s US$550 million securities offering. The novel transaction represented the first equity-linked securities offering distributed solely under Regulation S by a company with a dual primary listing in the US and Hong Kong. The transaction also featured a delta placement, securities lending facility, and call spread, and required the team to integrate multiple regulatory frameworks.
