Latham & Watkins Advises UGI International on €300 Million Senior Notes Offering
UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) announced that its indirect, wholly owned subsidiary, UGI International, LLC, priced its offering of €300 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior notes due 2031. The notes are being offered in a private offering pursuant to one or more available exemptions from the registration requirements of the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about May 21, 2026, and is subject to customary closing conditions.
