Latham Advises on €150 Million Equity Offering for Trastor Real Estate Investment Company

Latham & Watkins has advised the pool of joint bookrunners led by Jefferies and composed of Piraeus Bank, Eurobank and Euroxx on the €150 million share capital increase by Trastor Real Estate Investment Company S.A., a leading Greek real estate investment company listed on Euronext Athens.
The transaction comprised an institutional offering of shares to international investors in reliance of Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act and a public offering in Greece.
