Latham Advises on EpiWorld’s HK$1.64 Billion IPO

Latham & Watkins has advised CICC as sole sponsor on Epiworld International’s HK$1.64 billion initial public offering (IPO) of 21.49 million H-shares at HK$76.26 per share on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK).

EpiWorld is a global leader in the silicon carbide (SiC) epitaxy industry, primarily engaged in the research and development, mass production, and sales of SiC epitaxial wafers, components used in the manufacturing of SiC semiconductor devices.
