GFL Environmental Inc. (NYSE: GFL) (TSX: GFL), a leading North American diversified environmental services company, announced the closing of the acquisition of Frontier Waste Solutions, a vertically integrated network of solid waste assets across 24 sites in Texas. The Frontier assets are supported by a fleet of over 650 vehicles and nearly 1,000 employees.
