  • Ares Management on acquiring a controlling interest in Lavie Group (dba The Lockwood Group), a healthcare communications firm
  • Authentic Brands Group on:   
    • Acquiring the Nautica brand business of VF Corporation, a provider of men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel and accessories
    • Acquiring a 51% stake in Guess, a designer, manufacturer, and distributer of apparel and accessories
  • CVC Capital Partners on:
    • Its investment in Chess.com, the world’s largest online chess platform
    • Selling the WWEX Group to Thoma Bravo 
    • Acquiring a majority stake in Teneo, an advisory and consulting firm
  • EverPass Media, a RedBird Capital Partners portfolio company, on acquiring UPshow, an on-premise entertainment and performance marketing platform
  • GFL Environmental on: 
    • Its recapitalization for Green Infrastructure Partners at an enterprise value of US$4.25 billion
    • Its US$835 million acquisition of assets from Waste Management and Advanced Disposal Services        
    • Acquiring Sprint Waste Services, a vertically integrated waste management solutions provider
    • Selling its Environmental Services business to affiliates of Apollo and BC Partners
  • Leonard Green & Partners on:
    • Selling ExamWorks, a provider of independent medical exam and review services, to CVC Capital Partners
    • Acquiring WCG Market Intelligence & Insights, a provider of regulatory and ethical review services for human research
    • Acquiring and subsequently selling Service Logic, a provider of aftermarket maintenance, repair, and replacement services for commercial HVAC equipment
    • Selling RestorixHealth, a company focused on amputation prevention, wound management, and hyperbaric medicine, to American Medical Technologies
    • Advantage Solution’s US$5.2 billion business combination with Conyers Park II Acquisition Corp.
  • Lindsay Goldberg on acquiring EMCO Chemical Distributors, a founder-owned distributor of industrial chemicals
