WaveDivision Capital, led by broadband executive Steve Weed, along with the Pritzker Organization and Stephens Capital Partners, announced that it has partnered with EarthLink's management team to acquire EarthLink, one of the largest internet providers in the United States.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents the buyer consortium in the acquisition financing for the transaction with a finance team led by partner Scott Forchheimer and counsel Marie Greenman, with associates Tim Crump and Wenjia Yu and assistance from Zachary Ham.
