Ms. Greenman represents private equity sponsors and private and public company borrowers in secured lending and other financing transactions, both domestic and cross-border, including:
Acquisition financings
Cash-flow and asset-based loans
Subordinated debt facilities
Subscription lines of credit
Debt restructurings
Additionally, Ms. Greenman served as a Fulbright Grantee in Germany from 2010-2011.
