Latham Advises Shenzhen Longsys Electronics on HK$7.08 Billion IPO
Latham & Watkins has advised Shenzhen Longsys Electronics, a global leading independent semiconductor memory product enterprise, on its HK$7.08 billion (approximately US$902 million) initial public offering (IPO) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX). The offering is composed of 29,989,450 H shares (subject to the over-allotment option) at an offer price of HK$236 per H share. It’s A Shares have been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock code of 301308.
