Corporate team advises the REIT in its public offering of Class A‑1 common stock.
Janus Living, Inc. (NYSE: JAN), a pure‑play senior housing real estate investment trust (REIT), has closed its previously announced public offering of 16,000,000 shares of its Class A‑1 common stock at a price to the public of US$29 per share. In connection with the offering, the underwriters exercised in full their option to purchase up to an additional 2,400,000 shares of its Class A‑1 common stock at the public offering price. The offering closed on August 12, 2026.
