Latham Advises on Blackstone-Backed Horizon Industrial Parks’ US$272 Million IPO
Latham & Watkins acted as sole international counsel to the book running lead managers on Horizon Industrial Park’s US$272 million (₹2,600) crore initial public offering (IPO) on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks Limited is India’s largest industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner, and operator in terms of total network (in terms of total area of its assets), with 45 assets across 10 cities and 59 msf of total network.
JM Financial Limited, Axis Capital Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, SBI Capital Markets Limited, and 360 ONE WAM Limited served as book running lead managers for the IPO.
The Latham team was led by Singapore corporate partners Rajiv Gupta and Stacey Wong, with Singapore counsel Esha Goel, and associates Jeffy Katio and Helan Sun. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Chicago partner Enrique Rene de Vera, with associate Jay Khurana.
The IPO is the latest in a series of IPOs on the BSE and NSE on which Latham has advised, including Manipal Health Enterprises, Dhoot Transmission, and Shiprocket.
