Latham Advises on Shiprocket’s US$169 Million IPO
Latham & Watkins acted as sole international counsel to the book-running lead managers on Shiprocket’s US$169 million initial public offering (IPO) on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
Axis Capital Limited, BofA Securities India Limited, JM Financial Limited, and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited served as book-running lead managers for the IPO.
The Latham team was led by Singapore corporate partner Rajiv Gupta and Hong Kong corporate partner Dominik Sklenar, with Singapore associates Sirada Chayabunjonglerd, Margarita del Rosario, Kay Howe Lee, and Nathanael Po. Advice was provided on tax matters by New York partner Elena Romanova, with Washington, D.C. associate Shiyi Parsons.
