Latham & Watkins Advises American Airlines on US$1.85 Billion Term Loan Refinancing

American Airlines, Inc. (NASDAQ: AAL) has completed a refinancing of its existing Atlantic SGR term loan facility, consisting of a US$1.15 billion refinancing of prior term loans and a US$700 million incremental term loan add‑on. The transaction was completed through an amendment to the company’s existing credit agreement and extends the maturity of the term loans to May 2033.
