A multidisciplinary team advised the independent Italian club deal investment platform on the acquisition.
Latham & Watkins has advised Quant>ICO Investment Club Opportunities S.r.l. on the club deal for the investment in Spada Partners, an independent Italian advisory firm specialising in tax, financial, and corporate advisory services. Under the transaction, Quant>ICO’s investment club acquires a majority stake in Spada Partners, with the firm’s partners reinvesting up to 40% of the resulting group, ensuring strong alignment and continuity of leadership.
The Latham team was led by Stefano Sciolla and Giovanni Sandicchi, with Marco Martino and Chiara Giustiniani. Advice was also provided on regulatory matters by Cesare Milani with Giulio Catalani, and on finance matters by Pasquale Spiezio.
